The Era of the Greats

Let’s talk about Einstein, Mother Theresa, Mozart, Buddha, Newton, Gandhi, Van Gogh, Jesus, Galileo, Beethoven – some of the most well known people in history. 

Whether they were recognized during their lifetime or far thereafter, these philosophers, artists, musicians, physicists, and mathematicians alike are considered some of the greatest people, who have made the biggest contributions in the evolution of human history.

Now here’s what’s interesting – since then, the landscape for “the greats” has changed. With the advancement and evolution of the human species, our ability to communicate has expanded drastically with the use of technology. We can now easily reach people all over the world, even language barriers don’t stand the test of time. The degrees of separation in communication are closing in, which means our impact is far greater in our personal circles than we realize. 

The landscape we are in is a me and you movement. It consists of all of those who are dedicated to their craft, whatever their craft may be. And this dedication, this honoring of commitment, responsibility, devotion, trust, self-mastery – it’s seeping into the very lives we impact, in far greater ways than we have yet to realize. It’s these people, the yous and the mes, that are changing the landscape by the very nature of who we are – and we’re recognizing it. And it’s for this very reason that it can truly be said that:
